Receiving inspection of purchased products

  • Chemical and physical testing of each raw material as per the control plan and relevant raw material standards.
  • Dimensional inspection of purchased bright bars, forgings, castings, and other assembly spares to ensure conformance to specifications.

Inprocess Inspection

  • Set-up approval of the manufacturing process as per the defined control plan, with reference to approved drawings.
  • In-process inspections conducted hourly, following the defined control plan and referenced drawings.
  • Identification and traceability of non-conforming products maintained at every stage of in-process manufacturing.

Final Inspection

  • 100% visual inspection of each production lot as per the defined plan, checking for defects such as missing operations, rust, blow holes, rough finishes, dents, tool marks, and material flaws.
  • Sampling-based dimensional inspection for all critical dimensions in accordance with the control plan and approved drawings.
  • 100% dimensional inspection for major critical dimensions with tight tolerances, as specified in the control plan and referenced drawings.
  • Clear identification and traceability of all non-conforming products at the final inspection stage to ensure quality compliance.

Pre-Dispatch Inspection

  • Pre-dispatch inspection conducted before delivering products to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Inspection reports are prepared and included with each dispatch for full traceability.
  • Inspected samples are separately identified and tagged for reference.
  • All inspections are carried out as per customer or internal approved drawings.
